Mundo Marino is the only marine park housing an orca south of the equator. At one point, they housed four whales, but have had Kshamenk solitarily since 2000. Kshamenk is a large Argentinian transient bull, and the park is ill equipped to care for him. I would strongly advocate for him to be moved to a sanctuary or SeaWorld, but any attempts to export him have been blocked by the Argentinian government.
Mundo Marino's orca enclosure is also quite small. It consists of three pools, and Kshamenk reportedly spends most of his time in the back one. He doesn't have enough space in this environment.

About Kshamenk
In 1995, Kshamenk, along with several members of his wild family, were driven by fishermen to strand themselves on a beach in Buenos Aires in the middle of the night in September of 1992. Mundo Marino claimed it as a stranding rescue and all four were taken to their park. Three whales quickly passed away, and Kshamenk remained. He lived with another orca named Belen, who died in 2000. Mundo Marino had tried to breed the pair, but it never produced a live birth. Kshamenk has lived in isolation from his own species for the last 20 years. Although proposals were made to have him move to Six Flags with Shouka (while she was still there), or to Ontario with Kiska, neither of these moves ever happened, as Mundo Marino claimed Kshamenk as native Argentinian fauna and barred his export from the country. SeaWorld used Kshamenk's semen to artificially inseminate Kasatka and Takara in 2012, who produced Kshamenk's calves, Makani and Kamea, respectively. Today, Kshamenk lives with dolphins. Mundo Marino is a small park ill equipped to care for such a large animal.
